Getting Help
What if I forget or lose my user name and password to get into Cool School?

I want to write the chapter test and my course is asking for a password.
Contact your online teacher by e-mail and your teacher will send you the password.
Where do I get extra help with my assignments?
E-mail your online teacher with your questions at any time. In most cases, your teacher will get back to you within 2 days. You may also drop into the Wansbrough Storefront located at 814 Goldstream Ave. in Langford. A teacher and teaching assistant are available to provide you with additional one-on-one or small group assistance with homework and assignments.
Math and English assistance is usually available. However, teachers for some subject areas may not always be available.
The Storefront is open from September to June, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and two to three evenings a week until 7 pm. Contact our office at 391-9002 for the evening schedule and for teacher schedule.
